I am a transformational life coach who is passionate about seeing people thrive through the changes that occur in life. I bring curiosity, encouragement and support to offer you space to grow.

One of my deepest joys is connecting with others in the context of seeking wisdom. I thrive in accompanying others on their own inner journey to discover a core of gold.

I bring a life-long love of seeing people grow and develop, and desire to see them living lives of exceptional contribution in whatever field they flourish in.

I have worked in schools in various parts of the UK including inner city London, and in East Africa - increasing my capacity for thinking positively, managing diverse and challenging environments, growing in adaptability and being an agent for change.

I have lived on four different continents. This deepened my ability to grow through challenges, expand my view of the world, love adventure, and develop a love for different people and cultures.

I can testify to the power of coaching and the power of the mind in our well-being. I have discovered that our values and beliefs are the bedrock of our lives, and they inform our decisions, our fears, our preferences, our loyalties and our successes!
